To automatically add an unsubscribe link at the bottom of your emails, select Yes from the Add Unsubscribe Link drop-down menu.
Step 3: Click Save
Click on Save to apply the changes.
An unsubscribe link is now added to your merged emails, so the subscribers can be unsubscribed from your mailing list.
View unsubscribed list
Step 1: Open Email Tracking dialog box
Click on Extensions > Mail Merge > Email Tracking & Unsubscribe to open the Email Tracking dialog box.
Step 2: Click Unsubscribed List
Click on the Unsubscribed List link to display it.
The Unsubscribed List shows information related to emails where the unsubscribe link was clicked, including the unsubscriber, subject, and date and time the unsubscribe link was clicked.
You have the option to delete entries from the list, and to download the list as a CSV file for further analysis.
